Payroll has a lot of moving pieces, and Amy is the person you want keeping track of them. With more than 20 years of HR experience, she has worked across payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, recruiting, and multi-state HR support.

As Operations Systems Coordinator, ML's job is to make work simpler and smarter. He implements and owns ATS workflows, builds automations that eliminate repetitive tasks, keeps candidate data clean, writes the how-to guides the team actually uses, and produces the weekly and monthly dashboards leadership relies on.

Julia leads our early-stage hiring work — running initial phone screens, conducting candidate assessments, and supporting proactive sourcing to build and qualify talent pipelines.
